Our beautifully polished quartz work surfaces fit over and around your existing worktops or can be specified on a new installation using a sub frame. Nothing comes close to the fantastic quality and stunning looks of our quartz work surfaces.

Because our work surfaces are so light weight, they can be used in ways and places granite never could. You can match them to floors & walls in any room and can used as splash backs, upstands and shower walls.

The real beauty is not just their amazing appearance and practicality but the ease of installation. At 8mm thick, they are fitted over and around existing worktops or fitted to a sub frame, making the installation process simple, mess & hassle FREE.

How we work

Step 1 - Getting an accurate price

You can either email or call us with the sizes / plans. We’ll work out a price and either email or call you back with it. The price we quote is the price you’ll pay, no hidden extras.

Step 2 – Samples

We’ll then send you samples and book a template on acceptance of our quote.

Step 3 – The Template

Our trained fitter/s will carry out a precise template; this will take approx 2 hours. You will be informed of the positions and number of joints. Where possible, we try to keep them to a minimum and discreetly positioned.

Step 4 – Workshop Fabrication

Back at our workshop your new worktops will be fabricated, polished and checked ready for installation.

Step 5 - Installation

As the bulk of the work has been completed in our workshop, the installation day is straight forward and hassle free. Our fitter/s will arrive, disconnect and remove any sinks & hobs, install your new worktops, reconnect and test the services. This is normally completed in 4-6 hours.

Q. Can I put hot pans on my new quartz worktop?

Although Quartz can withstand very high temperatures, we advise against putting hot pans directly onto it.

Q. What is quartz?

Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in the earth’s crust, it is also one of the toughest. For this reason it ranks as one of the toughest stone worktops on the market.

Q. How easily can quartz be scratched?

Quartz is 7 on the MOHS scale. The MOHS scale basically determines the scratch resistance of materials in accordance with which material can scratch/mark another material. Based on this scale only diamonds, sapphires and topaz are tougher, making quartz a highly scratch resistant surface!

Q. Will my quartz worktops stain?

You’d be very unlucky to stain your Quartz worktop. Unlike granite and marble, Quartz is non porous meaning any spillages will simply pool on the surface until wiped off

Q. How does granite compare to our overlay worktops?

Slab granite is obviously a completely natural product from the earth. It’s extremely beautiful but unfortunately it does come with faults and imperfections that, at best can harbour bacteria and at worst crack or chip. As Quartz is an engineered stone, there is none of these impurities, faults or imperfections found within slab granite. This leads to a stronger, easier to maintain, more robust worktop while maintaining the natural beauty of a stone worktop

Q. Do my new quartz worktops need regular maintenance?

No, due to the fact its non porous, unlike granite and marble it doesn’t need routine sealing or maintenance.

Q. Do you do commercial work?

Our surfaces are ideal for commercial work due to being light weight and the ease of transportation as opposed to using solid slabs of granite or marble. Please contact us for further information

Q. Do I need to remove my existing worktop?

A. No, we’ll install our surfaces over and around your existing worktops. Cutting new holes for sinks, taps & hobs.

Q. What if I am installing a new kitchen or bathroom?

A. No problem, we will fabricate complete worktops bonded to a waterproof sub frame, offering various front edge thicknesses.

Q. What sort of warranty will I get?

We’re so confident in our worktops, every install comes with a 10 year warranty!

Q. How long does the installation take?

A. a typical installation will take 4-6 hours.

Q. Do I need to remove the sink & hob before installation?

A. No, we offer these services.
